COVID-19 UPDATE
To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we have made some changes to how we operate. Appointment times will be staggered to limit number of people in our office at one time.
This is what you can expect:
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You will be SCREENED for COVID-19 using screening questions developed by the Ontario Ministry of Health over the phone or by e-mail
A MASK or FACE COVERING is recommended while inside the office
We ask individuals accompanying a patient to wait outside unless absolutely required (e.g. parent of a young child or caregiver of special needs)
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
Perform HAND HYGIENE with alcohol-based hand rub upon entry
Please AVOID CONTACT with all surfaces
Maintain at least 2 METRES of physical distance except as needed during treatment
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Disinfect with alcohol-based hand rub before leaving the office
Inform office staff if you experience any symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of your appointment
